Teriyaki Pork And Veggies In Skewer

This meal is simple enough for every day and special enough for guests.
Ingredients
  Teriyaki barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cubed pork loin 250 Gram
  Sliced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place cubed pork loin in a plate.
Pour teriyaki barbecue sauce over the pork.
Marinade for an hour.
Skewer pork.
Add onion, peppers, and carrot.
Place the skewered mix across a foiled pan.
Place the pan in oven and broil for 20 minutes.
Turn once.
Meanwhile, bring the remaining teriyaki barbecue sauce to boil.
Serve sauce over skewered broiled pork.
