|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Piece ginger root/1 teaspoon ground ginger||1 Small, crushed|
1. To prepare the meat slice it 3/8 inch thick and across grain if possible.
2. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and marinate meat in this mixture 30 minutes.
3. Drain the meat and place it on rack in broiler pan and broil 2 to 3 inches from heat 5 to 10 minutes, or until brown.
4. Serve immediately with hot rice and vegetables.
