Tempura Sauce

Ingredients
For tempura sauce
  Dashi/3/4 cup clam juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fish Stock)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sake 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White radish 3 Tablespoon, grated
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, combine together the fish stock or clam juice, soy sauce, sake, and sugar.
2) Divide in 6 small ramekins.

SERVING
3) Just before serving place a little radish and ginger in each ramekin.
