|For tempura sauce|
|Dashi/3/4 cup clam juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fish Stock)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sake||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White radish||3 Tablespoon, grated|
|Ginger||2 Tablespoon, grated|
1) In a mixing bowl, combine together the fish stock or clam juice, soy sauce, sake, and sugar.
2) Divide in 6 small ramekins.
3) Just before serving place a little radish and ginger in each ramekin.
