Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shoyu 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Beef broth 1 Ounce
  Sake 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, minced
Directions

Combine beef, flour, eggs, salt and pepper.
Mix lightly, shape into small balls.
Place in greased baking pan and bake at 400° for 14-17 minutes.
Mix cornstarch, sugar, shoyu, beef broth, sake, ginger and garlic and cook until thick.
Add meatballs and simmer.
Makes about 50 meatballs.
Mix lean ground and 25-30% fat ground meat equally for better flavor.
