Teriyaki Salmon Chunks
|Teriyaki sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Ginger root||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1. Make the marinate sauce in a shallow dish by combining teriyaki sauce, oil, gingerroot and lemon juice.
2. In the marinate add the salmon and place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for stronger flavor, turning salmon several times.
3. Drain marinade from salmon, cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes or just until barely opaque, rotating dish once.
4. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve spooning the gravy around the salmon in a serving platter.
When using steaks, place thickest ends toward outside of dish while cooking.
