Japanese Soy Chicken

Ingredients
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Asian chili oil 1 Tablespoon
  Asian chile 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Clover honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken breast halves 4 (Boneless, Skinless)
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 4
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a flat glass pan, add the soya sauce, oils, garlic, ginger, pepper and honey.
2 Mix well until the honey is dissolved.
3 Put the chicken breast in the mixture and gently coat from all the sides.
4 Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours.
5 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
6 Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes.

SERVING
7 Serve immediately.
