Miso Soup

In this video, I will show you how to make miso soup. With a few simple ingredients, you can make it from scratch. It's delicious and super quick to make.
Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dashi 1 Teaspoon
  Miso paste 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1 Medium
  Wakame seaweed 1 Pinch
  Tofu 100 Gram, cubed
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a pan and add 2 cups of water to it, when the water boils, lower the heat to a simmer. Add the dashi granules and mix it. Add the Miso paste and keep tasting it and adjusting it to your taste.
3. Now add the Wakame and stir for about a minute.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients such as tofu and green onion. Save some of the green onions for later.

SERVING
5. Serve warm garnished with some green onions.
