  Dried red chili pepper 1 Teaspoon, that has been sliced into rings
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Naganegi 1 (Long Green Onion)
  Shiitake mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Ounce (40 Gram)
  Mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Ounce (40 Gram)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soft boiled egg 1
  Spring onion leaves 4 , chopped
  Katsuobushi shavings 1 Tablespoon (Or As Required, Also Known As Bonito Flakes)
