Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 , chopped
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tamari sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, beat the eggs well.
2 Add the remaining ingredients.
3 Into hot nonstick skillet, pour the egg mixture using a large spoon.
4 Cook gently on both the sides until golden brown.

SERVING
5 Serve hot.
