Sukiyaki Salad

Ingredients
  Raw spinach leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely broken up
  Salad greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken into small pieces
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced, diagonally
  Water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Raw mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced, lengthwise
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced, lengthwise
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
2) In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and garlic to taste with 1/2 cup of your favorite French dressing. Blend well.

SERVING
3) Pour the dressing on top of the salad and thoroughly toss before serving.
