Japanese Stir Fried Noodles
|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Roast pork||7 Ounce, cut thin (200 Gram)|
|Cabbage leaves||6 , cut in slivers|
|Bean sprouts||7 Ounce (200 Gram)|
|Green peppers||2 Small, cut in slivers|
|Chinese wheat noodles/1 pound dried /ramen||1 1⁄4 Pound, cooked in boiling water until al dente, drained, and patted dry|
|Worcestershire sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Nori seaweed/Sesame, paprika /dried parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon, roasted and crushed|
1) In a frying pan saute the pork and vegetables in the oil over medium heat for 2-3 min until tender, season with salt and pepper; remove and keep aside.
2) Add the noodles to the frying pan and fry in the oil for 3 min over medium heat; now add the sauted the pork and vegetables; season with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and fry for further 1 1/2 to 2 min.
3) Sprinkle nori seaweed and serve nice plates.
