Japanese Stir Fried Noodles

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Roast pork 7 Ounce, cut thin (200 Gram)
  Cabbage leaves 6 , cut in slivers
  Bean sprouts 7 Ounce (200 Gram)
  Green peppers 2 Small, cut in slivers
  Chinese wheat noodles/1 pound dried /ramen 1 1⁄4 Pound, cooked in boiling water until al dente, drained, and patted dry
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Nori seaweed/Sesame, paprika /dried parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon, roasted and crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a frying pan saute the pork and vegetables in the oil over medium heat for 2-3 min until tender, season with salt and pepper; remove and keep aside.
2) Add the noodles to the frying pan and fry in the oil for 3 min over medium heat; now add the sauted the pork and vegetables; season with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and fry for further 1 1/2 to 2 min.

SERVING
3) Sprinkle nori seaweed and serve nice plates.
