|Hijiki||1 Ounce, dried|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Tofu||1 , rinsed in boiling water to remove excess oil and sliced into thin strips|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Rinse and soak the hijiki in water for about 10 min.
2) In a skillet, saute the well drained hijiki in oil for 3 min over medium heat.
3) Stir in the sliced, deep fried tofu alongwith the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 min until the liquid evaporates.
4) Serve warm on a nice dish.
