Mochi Cakes With Sweet Soy Powder

Ingredients
  Cakes 12
  Salt 1 Pinch
  White sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Nori seaweed sheet 1 , cut
Directions

MAKING
1) Add salt to the soy powder and mix well.
2) On a wire mesh over the stove or in a toaster, toast the mochi cakes for about 6-7 min or until they are puffed.
3) Submerge the cakes in boiling water for a while to soften, drain well .
FINALIZING
4) Coat the cakes with a lot of soy powder and sugar.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately on nice serving dishes.
