Miso Ramen With Tofu

Ingredients
  Whole meal noodles 300 Gram (Pack)
  Bean sprouts 100 Gram (Bag)
  Baby leaf stir fry 300 Gram (We Used Sainsbun'S, Pack)
  Instant miso soup 4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Sachets, We Used Sanchi)
  Canned bamboo shoots 220 Gram, drained
  Tofu/Cooked prawns 250 Gram, cubed (Pack)
Directions

MAKING
1. According to instructions on the pack, cook the noodles; drain and rinse in cold water
2. Put half the noodles, beansprouts and the stir fry mix into a sealable contained and chill them
3. In a pan, boil water and add miso sachets; add the rest of the vegetables, beansprouts and bamboo shoots
4. Add noodles and tofu or prawms and warm for about three minutes

SERVING
5. Serve in individual bowls
