Jaru Soba

Ingredients
  Noodles 150 Gram (White One)
  Boneless chicken 50 Gram
  Teriyaki sauce 50 Milliliter
  Green onion leaves 1
  Roasted sesame seeds 2 Gram
  Soya sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Roasted sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Ajinomotto 3 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1)Cook noodles in boiling water and cool.
2)Make strips of the boneless chicken.
3)Slice onions.
4)In a frying pan, heat oil. Add in chicken strips and sesame and stri fry for 15 to 20 minutes over reduced heat.
5)Now add in soya sauce and ajenomoto. Combine well.
6)Mix in the noodles and refrigerate.
7)Teri Yaki sauce should be cooled in the fridge.
8)Put slices of onion in cooled Teri Yaki sauce.

SERVING
9)Transfer noodles into Jaru soba dishes provided with ice cubes at the bottom.
10)Serve cold with a bowl of sauce.
