Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mirin/Sake / medium dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Sweet Rice Wine)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon (If Sake / Sherry Is Used)
  Grated fresh ginger root/1 tablespoon minced preserved ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), peeled and crushed
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a bowl and mix in all the ingredients and blend well

SERVING
2. Can be used as a marinade or basting sauce for roast pork or broiled chicken or beef
