Tempura Udon With Soup

Ingredients
  Noodles 50 Gram
  Roasted sesame seeds 2 Gram
  Teriyaki sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Ajinomoto 4 Gram
  Brown sugar 4 Gram
  Brinjal 25 Gram
  Capsicum 1
  Ladies fingers 1
  Sweet potato 25 Gram
  Salt 3 Gram
  Wheat flour 50 Gram
  Egg 1
  Sesame oil 200 Gram (For Deep Frying)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Cook the noodles in boiling water. Strain and keep aside.
2)Make slices of ladies finger, sweet potato, brinjal and capsicum.

MAKING
3)In a bowl, mix together egg, sweet potato and water. Beat to make a fine paste.
4)In a small pan, heat oil.
5)Dip vegetables in batter and deep fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
6)In a pan, take 500ml of water. Add in Teri Yaki sauce, salt, sesame, ajenomoto, brown sugar and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

SERVING
7)Take a soup bowl and transfer soup into it. Add the fried vegetables and noodles.
8)Serve warm.
