Ingredients
  Fish stock/Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Liter
  Pearl onions 18
  Leek 1 , julienne sliced
  Turnip 1 , diced
  Bamboo shoots 500 Milliliter
  Diced firm tofu 250 Milliliter
  Dried tuna 170 Gram, grated
Directions

Place the stock in a large kettle.
Add the onion, leeks and turnip, bring to a boil.
Boil until the turnip is tender.
Add the bamboo, tofu and tuna.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve very hot.
