|Ajiseyo||3 Teaspoon (Salt +Ajinomoto And 4 Piece Of Lime)|
1)Peel brinjal but make sure to retain some part of the skin on.
2)Cut brinjal into pieces of ¼ inches.
3)Wash the cut pieces of brinjal and fry it.
4)Thread 3 pieces of Ginan each on 6 tooth picks.
5)In a bowl, prepare batter by adding egg yolk, water and ¼ spoon soda. Beat well.
6)Add in wheat flour and mix well using a wooden spoon.
7)Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
8)In a shallow frying pan, heat oil in the oven.
9)Put in brinjal pieces, ginan on toothpicks into the batter to coat well.
10)Deep fry in oil and blot on sheet on paper.
11)Serve each portion of vegetable tempura with 3 tsp of Ajiseyo sauce (made of salt, ajenomoto and lime.)
