Vegetable Tempura

Ingredients
  Brinjal 1 Small
  Ginan 18 (Japanese Nut)
  Mangetout 12 Ounce (Type Of Beans)
  White mushroom 6 , cut in half
  Sweet potato slices 1⁄2 Inch
  White flour 50 Gram
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Egg yolk 1
  Ice water 500 Milliliter
  Wheat flour 175 Gram
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ajiseyo 3 Teaspoon (Salt +Ajinomoto And 4 Piece Of Lime)
Directions

MAKING
1)Peel brinjal but make sure to retain some part of the skin on.
2)Cut brinjal into pieces of ¼ inches.
3)Wash the cut pieces of brinjal and fry it.
4)Thread 3 pieces of Ginan each on 6 tooth picks.
5)In a bowl, prepare batter by adding egg yolk, water and ¼ spoon soda. Beat well.
6)Add in wheat flour and mix well using a wooden spoon.
7)Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
8)In a shallow frying pan, heat oil in the oven.
9)Put in brinjal pieces, ginan on toothpicks into the batter to coat well.
10)Deep fry in oil and blot on sheet on paper.

SERVING
11)Serve each portion of vegetable tempura with 3 tsp of Ajiseyo sauce (made of salt, ajenomoto and lime.)
