Japanese Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 1 , sliced into thin strips
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Blanched bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs) (10 Min. In Boiling Water)
  Cucumber 1
  Radish 3 , fine sliced
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
Directions

Mix cornstarch and eggs into batter.
Dip chicken strips in batter and fry in oil until done.
Mix vegetables together.
Add sauce and toss together.
Serve with chicken strips on top.
