|Short grain rice||180 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||25 Milliliter|
Bring the water to a boil and add the rice.
Cover and cook until rice absorbs the liquid.
In a small sauce pan, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into rice.
Let stand until liquid is absorbed by rice.
