Sushi With Avocado And Cucumber

SolCooking's picture
In fact this is really a “maki” because it doesn’t have fish or seafood. It’s very delicious, the trick to avoid sticky hands is to always have them wet.
Ingredients
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Sliced avocado 1
Cucumber 1⁄2 , peeled, seeded and sliced
  Cream cheese slice 1
  Seaweed 3 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear
2. Cook the rice with water about 15-20 minutes. When it’s cooked add vinegar, then make some cuts in the rice so it absorbs it. Let it cool
3. Lightly tap the seaweed with water. Add about 2-3 tablespoon of rice, on top cucumber, avocado and cream cheese
4. Roll the sushi with a mat or your hands
5. Cut the roll halve by halve until getting 8 pieces for each roll

You can add or remove any ingredients. I recommend use soy sauce with a few drops of lime. I hope you like it. This video is a creation of solcooking. You can visit solcooking for complete recipes, and more videos.
