Kobe Style Ribs
|Short ribs||2 Pound (900 Gram, Kobe Style)|
|Peanut oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), mashed|
|Grated fresh ginger||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Cabernet sauvignon||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients, except short ribs.
Pour mixture over ribs and marinate overnight or at least 1 hour.
Excellent grilled on the barbecue, 7 minutes each side.
Ribs can also be placed in a baking pan and baked in the oven at 350°F (180°C) until tender, about 2 hours.
