|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unbaked 9 inch deep dish pastry shell||1|
1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
2. In a bowl mix ingredients like beaten eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar, raisins, chopped pecans, flaked coconut.
3. Portion out this mixture on pastry shell and bake for about 45 minutes at 325.
