Asparagus Japanese Style

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger slice 3 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Asparagus 1 Bunch (100 gm), stringy ends removed, halved lengthwise
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare the asparagus by removing the stringy ends.

MAKING
2) Use a fry pan to heat up oil and sauté chopped ginger.
3) Lay the asparagus on heated oil.
4) Season with salt and cover the pan with a lid to cook for another 2 minutes.
5) Add rice vinegar and sugar to the asparagus. Give a quick stir and remove from heat.

SERVING
6) Garnish with cayenne pepper and black and white sesame seeds to serve.
