|Cold cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Slightly cooked carrots||1 , slivered|
|Meat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Left Over)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
Heat cooking oil in skillet.
Fry onion until slightly brown.
Add carrot and heat.
Add rice and stir well.
Then add any desired amount of leftover meat: beef, ham, bacon, baloney or sea food which has been cooked and chopped.
Heat thoroughly, then add beaten eggs and soy sauce (preferably Japanese Kikkoman) and stir well until egg is cooked before serving.
