California Roll Sushi
|Nori sheet||1 , cut in half|
|Sushi rice||250 Milliliter|
|Dijon mustard||5 Milliliter|
|Sliced cucumber||1 Small|
|Cooked crab meat||250 Milliliter|
Lay the nori flat, spread with a thin layer of rice.
Turn over and spread with mustard.
Layer with cucumber, avocado and crab meat.
Roll in jelly roll fashion.
Wrap with a piece of plastic wrap.
Roll tightly, remove wrap and cut into 8 slices.
