1)Using a knife, thinly slice the onions and mushrooms.
2)Cut the scallions lengthwise and chop the celery to 1 inch pieces.
3)Coarsely chop the spinach.
4)Slice the meat crosswise into paper-thin slices.
5)In a skillet, heat the olive oil.
6)Put in the meat and brown it.
7)Put in the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
8)In a bowl, mix the beef consomme with soy sauce and sugar.
9)Pour it into the skillet and mix well.
10)Over the low coals of grill, cook uncovered for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
