Swanson Teriyaki Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Canned beef broth 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon, minced
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless pork loin 1 Pound
  Mushrooms 12 Medium
  Red onion 1 Large, cut into 12 wedges
  Cherry tomatoes 4
  Hot cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

MIX cornstarch, broth, soy, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
THREAD alternately pork, mushrooms and onion on 4 long skewers.
GRILL or broil kabobs 20 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with broth mixture. Place a tomato on each skewer.
HEAT remaining broth mixture to a boil. Serve with kabobs and rice.
