Teriyaki Turkey Patties

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , sliced
  Teriyaki sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Raw ground turkey 1 Pound
  Orange marmalade 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat the broiler.
In a medium mixing bowl combine the beaten egg, bread crumbs, water chestnuts, green onions, and teriyaki sauce.
Add ground turkey.
Mix well.
Shape meat mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
Place patties on a lightly greased unheated rack in a broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
Turn patties and broil for 4 to 5 minutes more or till no longer pink.
Meanwhile, for sauce, in a saucepan stir together orange marmalade, teriyaki sauce, and sesame seed.
Cook over medium-low heat just till marmalade is melted, stirring occasionally.
Serve patties with sauce.
