Steamed Fish in Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
  Fish fillets 2
  Sake 200 Milliliter
  Teriyaki sauce 200 Milliliter
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

1. Put the Sake (200ml) in cooking pan and wait until it boils
2. Put the fish
3. Put the Teriyaki Sauce (200ml) and cover the fish with aluminum foil (only the fish, not the whole pan)
4. Wait until it boils and put the ginger.
