Apple Juice And Orange Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
  Apple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (No Sugar Added)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Minced ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 12 Ounce, cut into 1/2-inch dice
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl; add chicken.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Heat oil in medium saucepan; remove chicken from marinade and saute in heated oil 8 minutes, stirring often.
Add marinade; cook 2 minutes longer.
