Sukiyaki With Cabbage

Ingredients
  Instant beef bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sirloin steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced strips
  Celery stems 2 , sliced
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm) (1 Inch Pieces)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded chinese cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onions 3 , halved and quartered
  Green pepper 1 , cut in to chunks
  Canned bamboo shoots 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Combine instant beef bouillon and water in 1-cup measure.
Set aside.
Preheat browning dish 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil.
Brown beef in oil 5 to 7 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir after 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to beef.
Pour bouillon over mixture.
Stir.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on HIGH.
