Tempura Batter

Ingredients
  Egg white 1
  Iced water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Plain flour 150 Milliliter, sifted (1 Cup)
  Soda bicarbonate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Whisk egg white in small bowl until soft peaks form; gently fold into combined remaining ingredients.
Batter should be slightly lumpy.
Use batter immediately.
