|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Boneless beef sirloin steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Fresh bean sprouts/1 can, 16 ounce bean sprouts, drained||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Cherry tomatoes||6 , cut into half|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook and stir until beef is no longer pink.
Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and tomatoes.
Cook with hood closed for 2 to 3 minutes.
