Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Boneless beef sirloin steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Fresh bean sprouts/1 can, 16 ounce bean sprouts, drained 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cherry tomatoes 6 , cut into half
For sauce
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Add beef.
Cook and stir until beef is no longer pink.
Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and tomatoes.
Cook with hood closed for 2 to 3 minutes.
