Japanese Style Beans

Ingredients
  French beans 900 Gram
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (Rapeseed)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Sesame seeds 4 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 4 Tablespoon
  Reduced salt soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the beans in a pan of boiling water for 3 minutes.
Drain.
Heat the oil in a large wok or pan.
Add the beans and garlic, fry for 1 minute on a medium-high heat, then add the remaining ingredients.
Cook for a further minute and serve.
