Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients
  Dark soy sauce 2 Fluid Ounce (60 Milliliter)
  Groundnut oil 2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the marinade ingredients together.
No salt will be necessary after cooking, though a grinding of pepper will not go amiss.
