Chicken with Pineapple Sauce
|Boneless chicken||750 Gram, cut into serving pieces|
|Canned pineapple chunks in juice||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon, packed|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Juice Reserved From Pineapple Chunks Can)|
In 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange chickens.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
Pour sauce over chicken.
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with wax paper.
Set Power Select at HIGH for 9 to 10 minutes and MEDIUM-LOW for 9 to 10 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Cover completely with plastic wrap; heat on COOK 4.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
Chicken should be tender.
Let STAND covered, 5 minutes.
To serve spoon pineapple sauce over chicken.
