Venison Teriyaki Style
|Venison steak||2 Pound|
|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Cooking oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Cut meat into 6 equal pieces.
Place in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over venison.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Place on broiler rack about 5 inches from heat.
Broil 10 minutes brushing on marinade periodically.
Turn steak and broil 5 minutes more.
