|Flounder fillets||2 Pound|
|Chablis/Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Teriyaki sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Basil/1 teaspoon dried basil||2 Teaspoon|
In a shallow 2-quart glass baking dish arrange fillets.
In a small bowl mix wine and teriyaki sauce.
Pour over fillets.
Sprinkle with green onions and basil.
Cover loosely with plastic warp.
Microwave on High for 8 to 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily, turning dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes.
