|Canned ham||2 Pound, cut in 48 one-inch cubes|
|Pineapple chunks and syrup||20 Ounce (1 Pound 4 1/2 Ounce Can)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Drain the pineapple but save the syrup.
Combine the syrup with the ginger, sugar, garlic salt, and soy sauce.
Into this marinade put the ham cubes and marinate them 1/2 hour.
Drain the ham cubes and thread them, alternately with the pineapple cubes, on skewers, using 3 of each to an 8-inch skewer.
Broil 4 inches from the heat, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
