Beef Curry On Rice

Ingredients
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), peeled, minced
  Sliced onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fat/Salad oil 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Round steak 1 Pound, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
  Bouillon cube 1
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw white rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed
Directions

Saute garlic and onions in 2 tablesp fat in skillet until tender.
Remove onions and garlic.
Combine the flour, salt, and pepper, and roll meat in this mixture.
Add remaining fat to that in skillet.
Add meat and brown on all sides.
Arrange onions and garlic over top of browned meat.
Add bouillon cube, dissolved in the boiling water, and curry powder.
Cover; simmer 1 1/4 hrs.; then add tomato juice.
Reheat, and serve on rice, cooked tender as in Boiled White Rice, Or serve with mashed or boiled potatoes.
