Teriyaki Swordfish

Ingredients
  Teriyaki sauce/Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Savory seasonings fish blend 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Swordfish steaks 24 Ounce (Four 6 Ounce Pieces)
Directions

Combine marinade ingredients in small mixing bowl; whisk until blended.
Arrange fish steaks in a shallow dish; add marinade to cover.
Cover; marinate 30 to 60 minutes.
Drain; reserving marinade.
Preheat oven to Broil.
Arrange fish steaks on broiler pan.
Brush marinade over fish.
Place pan on top rack under broiler; broil for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes and becomes white.
Brush mannade over fish once during broiling.
