Halibut Steaks Teriyaki

Ingredients
  Halibut steaks/Frozen halibut steaks 1 1⁄2 Pound (fresh)
  Teriyaki sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Thaw halibut steaks if frozen.
Place halibut steaks in plastic bag.
Combine teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, cooking oil, dry mustard, ground ginger, and garlic powder; pour over halibut steaks in bag.
Close bag securely and place bag in pan or bowl.
Marinate halibut in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove halibut from marinade and arrange steaks in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish; pour marinade atop.
Micro-cook, covered, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 6 minutes, turning steaks over after 3 minutes.
