Chicken Wings Teriyaki
|Chicken wings||2 Kilogram|
|Teriyaki sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded green ginger||1 Teaspoon (Grated)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Five spice powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon, toasted|
Combine teriyaki sauce, oil, ginger, garlic, sherry, honey, sesame oil and five spice powder in shallow dish.
Add chicken wings, marinate covered for several hours, or refrigerated overnight, turning occasionally.
Barbecue until cooked through.
Baste while barbecuing with remaining marinade.
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
