|Soy sauce||6 Fluid Ounce (175 Milliliter)|
|Sake/Dry sherry||6 Fluid Ounce (115 Milliliter)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely crushed|
|Finely chopped ginger/1/2 teaspoon ground ginger||2 Teaspoon|
Cut the steaks into 5 mm (1/4 inch) thick slices.
Place between sheets of greaseproof paper and beat with a rolling pin or meat mallet until very thin.
Arrange in a large shallow dish or tray.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
To cook, drain the steak slices and grill for about 1 minute on each side.
Serve with rice and stir-fried or steamed vegetables.
