Japanese Broiled Chicken

Ingredients
  Tender broiling chickens 2 Small
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered ginger 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Split broilers.
Combine soy sauce, sherry, horse radish, onion, sugar and ginger.
Marinate chicken in mixture, 1 hour.
Broil chicken, basting with marinade and turning for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
