Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger root piece 1 , minced (1 inch)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Marinate meat several hours in refrigerator
