Beef Sukiyaki

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Mushrooms 4 Large, sliced
  Thinly sliced beef 1⁄2 Pound (Uncooked)
  Fresh spinach 1⁄4 Pound
  Celery pieces 3 , thinly sliced (5 Inch Each)
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Consomme 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Scallions 4
Directions

Saute onion in oil; add mushrooms and meat, cook 2 minutes.
Add spinach and cook 1 minute.
Add celery and cook 1 minute.
Cut scallions lengthwise into thin pieces.
Add to mixture.
Add soy sauce, cook 1 minute.
Add sugar and consomme and cook 2 minutes.
