|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Beef flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
1. Combine all ingredients except steak and butter in shallow glass baking dish. Add steak, turning to coat with marinade. Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat microwave browning grill for 8 minutes on HIGH.
3. Remove steak from marinade; drain excess liquid. Coat preheated grill with butter. Place steak on grill.
4. Microwave for 3 minutes on HIGH. Turn steak over and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, on HIGH, or until desired doneness.
